ISLES began as a solo project by founder and guitarist Ivan Torres (ex-Dissipate, A Thousand Kingdoms) back in 2011. After releasing Spaces, ISLES' debut full-length album in mid-2013, Ivan recruited Daniel Macias-Bernardo, Dev Bhat, and Evan Massi to bring the band to life on stage. Adding members instantly evolved the band's sound, and have quickly become a very powerful live presence. ISLES has begun to make their way around the San Francisco Bay Area, and has consistently been the top-drawing act at each show. Their high-energy live performance and emotive, immersive music has caught the attention of Alternative Press magazine, who featured ISLES in August 2015 as one of their featured unsigned bands of the month.

ISLES is currently promoting their upcoming album, Remnants, due out August 21, 2018.
